U.S. District Judge Louis Guirola, Jr. is presiding over the federal class action lawsuit our firm jointly filed against SRHS, SRHS’s Board of Trustees, TransAmerica, KPMG, Chris Anderson, and 13 others. The lawsuit was filed on December 11, 2014 in the Southern District Federal Court.
